I Heart Faces: BLUE
It's been a while since I've participated but I thought I'd submit a picture this week. The theme is Blue and the picture you submit needs to have a lot of BLUE in it. This time I chose a picture of the daughter of a friend. There is quite a bit of red in this picture but I love the pop of blue in the background and the blue from the balloon.
