This is the simple treat I brought to our church's annual ladies meeting last week. I found this on another blog (don't remember who) and decided I'd give it a try. It's a fun little snack/dessert and is very easy! If you like salt and sweet combos, chances are you'll love these!
You just top waffle-type pretzels with hershey kisses (I did 3 flavors - peppermint, milk chocolate, and hugs), put them in the oven for about 5 mins. on the lowest temperature, then top with an M&M or another pretzel. I discovered that I prefer topping them with another pretzel. It's much sweeter with an M&M on top and I like more of the salty taste.

Don't you just love the "simple things" (or in this case treats) !
Another idea, is to take an rolo, and do the same, then you get the chocolat/caramel thing going on :)
Yours look very festive, and makes me think it's Christmas all over again!
A lady at our church meeting told me about the rolo idea. She also said to put a pecan on top of the rolo and you've got yourself a "Poor Man's Turtle". I thought that sounded really good, too! Maybe once day I'll give that a try! And, if I do, I'll probably blog about it! ha! :)
They look so yummy! I wish I had tried them the other day at the meeting. I didn't think Caylea could have them though so I was trying to be sensitive to her.
I think I am going to have to try the rolo's (My sister just mentioned to me the other day that they are safe for my kids) - I will have to leave the pecan off though. . .lol
I love all of your ideas you are so creative :)
That is sooo funny! I will let him know you said hi. By the way, your lil' man is precious!!! Congrats!!!
